Nice firm hold to the spiral that holds the card. I used these for photo holders with table decorations at a sports event. The photos were much heavier than the intended name cards, but it worked well and plan to use them for additional events in coming years.

Talk about sturdy and well made. These are of excellent quality and definitely hold place cards securely. I put in a place card and in another a name card to test them. In my fingers I twirled them to the left and the right. I then turned them upside down, which I doubt is the norm. The cards stayed in place, even though inserting them was very easy. I am sure they will last me for years, and I plan on adding another pack so I always have enough.

These stands saved the day
I used these to set up huge 8.5 x 11 thin foam boards as signs on tables at a conference. They were light to carry but sturdy. Rings were nice and snug but not so ridiculously tight that the boards couldn’t be placed in them. These are like Goldilocks card stands. Loved em.

Not just a card holder
These card holders are an excellent and quirky way to display some photos along a window sill or console table in the lounge.I have a lot of little photos of my cats that I’d like on display.The product description mentions they are meant for table placement cards, and rightly so they look great on the table. Not too much in your face but a subtle way of instructing the seating arrangements.It’s a simple design just a Weighted stand and a strip of metal.

They are well made and very easy to put together (literally a few seconds to insert the long part in to the base and tighten). They are a good weight and hold A5 card with ease. I haven't yet tried with larger but will add to this review when I have experimented more. These are often used for tables at weddings or conferences, but there's so much more they can be used for. I like that they can be dismantled and stored in the original box which takes up very little room.
Ideal for weddings
These are just what I was looking for, for the table at my daughter’s wedding breakfast. They come flat packed and you just screw the top and bottom together and then slip in your own printed table number. I think these offer good value for money and don’t take up too much space to store when they are taken apart, so easy to keep for other occasions. They are a nice silver colour. They’re perhaps not as tall as ones you may have seen at venues, but they do the job nicely anyway.

These are rather elegant card holders, with a double ring rather than the more common crocodile clip, for use in restaurants, at parties, weddings and other events, or, during the corona crisis, at home to give your place a restaurant feel. They come as separate tops and bottoms, and you can assemble one in about 15 seconds by screwing the top in — helpful if you need to assemble two hundred.

These are typically used at weddings to hold the table numbers - which they would do beautifully. However I use them at craft fairs to give info about my products along with prices. They are easy to slot together, take up hardly any room and in my view are quite plain and stylish. They work perfectly for me and they would look lovely if used as part of a wedding seating plan

This item arrived safe and well packaged. A very sturdy set of table stands. They're perfect for banquets, wedding and anywhere you might need to raise something a foot off the table. Really sturdy metal for these holders and each holder is decently heavy. In terms of design it's very simple and not particular unique or anything. The metal stick holding the card is also very thin, so there's no problem hiding it among center pieces. Got these for my friends wedding and they came in perfect condition. Nothing was falling apart or came broken at all. Each card holder is wrapped in its own plastic baggy and there was not scratching between each holder.

These are as expected - came all well packaged and all work perfectly. They are plain so can be used for any event or purpose. Decent value for money but I’m sure you could find these for less (and probably more!) if you shop around.

Sturdy and well made. They do leave indents in the card/photos you use them to display so bear this in mind though. They do stand up well, even if the table they're on is jolted or knocked.

Obviously they are not intended to be menu holders or to hold up anything heavy, but for a photo or table number card at a wedding they are super.

Bought at the last minute for a formal dinner, these table name stands were perfect. They come un-assembled but only require a quick screw together of the two parts. Can be easily disassembled for storage afterwards. Perfect!

a lit light-weight
These come unassembled so you have to screw the stick into the base part but it is easy. The base is quite light so this isn't real sturdy. Especially with the number card inserted and giving weight to the top, I feel like it may not be too stable.
