The person(s) name is written on the flapper and we consider that person to be talking to us through the chime. The single picture is the HOHIYA we recently purchased prompted by the anticipated deep sounds. It has not disappointed us and provides an "orchestral" balance to our front porch.

I love chimes of every kind, but had a louder higher pitched one near my deck that was disruptive when family was present. Conversation stopper for all the wrong reasons. This one is fine. I don't have to take it down or stow the paddle while others are present. It was worth the price and the look of it is lovely. Goes with the outdoor decor and it not annoyingly bold. It is a beautiful background tone and very soothing. Don't know how sturdy it is as yet. Takes a while to know that.

Deep,Calming Tone
This chime is the most beautiful sounding so much like church chimes. A deep tone can be heard even when the tubes are lightly touched by the wooden piece between the tubes. It also seems to have an echoing effect to it as it chimes slowly stop playing. It also has a calming feeling to its tone also. A tone no one should complain about.
wonderful resonating wind chimes
We love our new wind chimes. They have a clear sound and resonate beautifully. While not a true "deep" tone, they do have rich middle tone that is peaceful to listen to.
Exactly what I wanted!
Searched long and hard for ones that would bring me deeper tones but not so heavy the wind would rarely move them at all. Chose these in the Amazing Grace version and couldn’t be happier with them. Great value for the quality besides!
Does sounds like church bells
Wind Chime was ordered to give us a resounding bell tone which is very beautiful. WE have noisy neighbors and this is amazing how everyone is more quiet when the chime blows in the wind. It has achieved just the presents I was looking for in my back yard. Thanks for making them; they are beautiful.

These wind chimes are gorgeous to look at, made of sturdy metal, heavy, and delightful to listen to. They are hanging from my deck. I am very happy with them and was going to order another set but it appears they just sold out. Hope they come back again!!!
Deep, rich tones!
I used to have a set of low-tone wind chimes several years ago and after they rotted, I never got around to replacing them. These chimes are perfect. I love them!

An excellent medium sized wind chime with great harmonics.
These chimes are well made, and are cut for great sound. These are NOT cheap chimes that sound like tin cans. These chimes have a tone appropriate to the size and diameter fo the material they are made from. They sound as good as my very expensive wind chimes and cost a heck of a lot less The cording appears to be of good quality and no sharp edges to wear on. This is one of the downfall areas of cheaper made chimes. I am happy with the quality, sound, and appearance that wind chimes provide
Beautiful Look with Amazing Sounds
My wife is a bit wind chime fan. This set is by far, and I mean by far long ways, the best chimes either of us has experienced. They not only look great in their bronze look and general style but they sound magical. I’m serious. These don’t just chime, they play songs based on wind direction. These rang all last night to our joy but the wind died just as I wanted to shoot the video so the one that’s part of this review is the chimes slightly helped by me manually. Highly recommended.

beautiful sounding windchimes
My house is surrounded by wind chimes, so I am somewhat of an expert on them. Don't worry, I live in the country so that my many wind chimes aren't annoying the neighbors. These chimes came perfectly packaged. I'm always impressed with companies that take the extra time to ensure the safe arrival of their product. The chimes have a resonance to them when just barely bumped, that is quite ethereal. Wonderful! They are well made and will easily withstand our sometimes harsh weather.

This large windchime was a pleasant surprise. More than I expected it to be in terms of its quality and sound, but also in terms of how well packaged it was and easy to unbox and hang. The dimensions on HOHIYA are correct - this is a large windchime.The hammered-copper look is very attractive with a darker patina, black strings. The aluminum used for the construction of this chime is of good quality and the sound it makes when the breeze is blowing is very soothing.Highly recommend it as a gift
Looks and sounds great
We have many sets of wind chimes and almost immediately these became our favorite. These wind chimes are a very nice size, each chime is very thick giving them a beautiful deep sound. Even with a slight wind they have a soothing deep harmony that is missing in many wind chimes. They are also very distinctive looking as they are finished with an antique bronze type finish giving them a rich hand made appearance. I recommend the wind chimes to anyone looking to make a statement on patio or yard.

These come very well packaged, lots of protection. The wind chime is a large one, but not overly long, the longest tube is almost 2 feet. The music these make is truly magical, it isn't just your typical wind chime, lots of thought was put into this one. If you are on the fence, don't be. I am not a huge fan of noisy wind chimes, but I am a HUGE FAN of THIS one. Gosh, it is like church bells, softly singing from a distance. Even on a windy day these are not overly loud, but so pleasant. Get it.
Lovely Windchime
I ordered this windchime to replace one in my backyard that has definitely seen better days. The color is a lovely deep copper with lighter copper pipes. While some windchimes are too loud/deep, this is a wonderfully light sound that travels with the breeze and isn’t the least bit offensive. We hung it from an existing hook on a tree.It is well made but not so heavy that it weighs the hook down. it would make a great gift for anyone.highly recommend.
Excellent, deep sound
First reaction: Wow, these are large wind chimes! And that makes it all the better - the long chimes make a much nicer sound than the smaller ones that tink and clank against each other. These chimes sound fantastic - a deeper sound the continues for a remarkably long time while it fades away. It sound fantastic, but it also looks great, too. Overall, I'd highly recommend these chimes. They sound wonderful due to their size. (If you have neighbors nearby, they'll probably enjoy the sounds too!)
HOHIYA me mellow!
Windchimes are truly music for the soul and the rich and deep chimes are both a work of art and true relaxing bliss. 44 inches is the best size.The longest rod is about 24” and it’s relatively easy to hang. We recommend hanging it securely just outside your master bedroom to be sure a strong gust of thunderstorm wind won’t knock it down. The copper is stunning but of course will oxidize with age, leaving it still beautiful and earthy.Relaxing, peaceful and fantasmic!
Sounds sooooooo soothing
Years ago I had a small wind chime in my yard that was lame. A few years ago I decided to be bold and installed a much larger one outside my bedroom window and loved the soothing tones so much I left it up year-round. The weather took it's toll on it this past winter, so it is in retirement in the garage. So glad to get this one. Sounds even richer and more soothing than my previous. Really well made and an attractive addition to my Asian theme backyard decor.
Large bells, great rich tone
I enjoy the sound of wind bells when there is a breeze or windy days. These bells are fantastic. They are made very well. I like the thickness of each of the bells and the string used to hang them. The best part is that it comes pre-assembled. No assembly required. Make sure you have a really good hanging system. Just a nail may not cut it. You may want to have those hooks that screw into wood. At least that's what I recommend. Overall, it's a great product. We'll see how they last in the sun.
Large, full-toned chimes...
We just love these wind chimes. They're quite large, sturdily made, and have a rich, full tone. You can hear them even at a distance. The tones go well together, and the piece that catches the wind does a great job -- it really doesn't take much of a breeze to set these to work. They are fairly heavy, so make sure you have a good strong limb or branch. A caribiner clip works just fine to attach these to a tree. Glorious to hear through an open window!
Such a warm, soothing melody!
This HHOIYA large wind chime has a rather deep melody that my whole family enjoys. This is a substantial piece. It hangs from the roof of my porch so it is somewhat protected from the strong wind that is frequently blowing off the great lake near my home. Other wind chimes have been too flimsy and tangled immediately. This beautiful wind chime has a rich, aged copper appearance that adds to my porch's appeal. Overall, this is the best wind chime I have ever seen or heard. Enjoy!

The most peaceful chimes! These pipes are at various lengths truly giving a feel of being at a peaceful retreat ! Love the bronze finish! All materials including the string are of great quality and none of it feels as though it would fall apart easily! I actually feel these would make a wonderful housewarming gift to anyone you know that enjoys relaxing on their patios and being outdoors when the weather cooperates!
Very Soothing
These wind chimes are very nice. Arrived fully assembled and thoughtfully packaged in a protective wrap. This is a sturdy heavy duty instrument, I was quite pleased. I hung it up on our back patio and we listen to it every time there is a breeze. My wife says it reminds her of Tibetan singing bowls... very soothing and calming. You can't go wrong with this as a nice addition to your home.
Gorgeous tone
Wow, the sound of these is what The Housemate and I have been wanting for our garden for years. It's deep and rich and meditative. The chimes themselves are pretty to look at, so they compliment just about any garden decor. The only thing to remember is that they weigh a ton (that's why they sound so lovely) and you'll need to hang them on something sturdy. But boy is it worth it!

I really love the sound of large wind chimes. These are a well harmonized set that are lovely to look at and even more importantly lovely to listen to. I have wanted a larger set for years and years and am thrilled to finally own such a beautiful set. They are soothing and not annoying--I hope my neighbors agree! They are easy to put up or take down which is important with tornado season in the South. Really a wonderful set!
Lovely Chimes Set
The Chimes were packaged well, keeping them damage free and the strings untangled, which made hanging it super easy. The sound is very pleasant and even some of the draftier days have not caused them to become tangled like I've seen with other chimes. This could also be because of how new they are and may change in time, but for now it's nice that I don't have to constantly go outside to untangle them.
Excellent tone and quality
This is a large wind chime. Built very sturdy and has a beautiful tone when it rings. Finish is a coppery speckled brown. It is really a nice addition to my porch. It has 6 tubes strung on a matching ring. Looks and sounds expensive. You can tell when it chimes it is high quality. Tuned beautifully.

Huge and loud - may be too loud for close neighbors
I live in a condo during the week, and this may be more suited for the lake house. It has good tonal quality, but is fairly loud and resonates for a l-o-n-g time. It's heavy and I don't see that the strings that hold it all together will last a long time, especially in the sun. It's a very pretty wind chime, though, and I do like it...but not so sure that my neighbors will on a windy day.
Pleasant-Sounding Wind Chimes Are Suitable for Large Outdoor Spaces
The HOHIYA 44 INCH LARGE OUTDOOR WIND CHIMES (Deep Tone; Copper Vein) sound exactly like the wind chimes in the product page video, but much louder. Hung outdoors in a large private backyard or garden area, the HOHIYA wind chimes will be great. They are well made, and all metal (except for the nylon strings), so they should stand up to the weather. The wind chimes have a speckled copper finish.
Aesthetically pleasing and good sound
I’ve found that the larger the wind chimes, the more bass the tone is and the better the sound is.The copper and black veining pattern is very natural and has an outdoor weathered look and because of the larger size, it makes a deeper, prettier sound than the smaller sizes that sound downright creepy to me. I still prefer one with 2” diameter of tubing and 3 ft long but this is sizable and ultimately more convenient to hang. It’s balanced and would look great just about anywhere.
Beyond expectations
As the price was so good I wasn't't sure this would deliver what we were looking for. To my surprise it FAR EXCEEDED what we expected. The quality, delivery time, and tone were exceptional and exactly what we wanted. I feel certain we'll b e ordering again and highly recommend this brand/product.

Beautiful Sound & Durable Design
I get so many compliments on the tone of this chime! We have it under a covered porch and it has survived one upstate NY winter so far and many rainy cold days. It is an impressive size and has a soft bronze finish. We can hear the chime softly inside our home as well, which is really nice!

This is an amazing value. I have been looking for a replacement windchime for one my family gave me years ago. This has a beautiful deep tone and because it is heavy it takes a little stronger wind to move it so it is not obnoxiously loud.

Beautiful & Strong Sound
This windchime has a very soothing and loud melody that I can even hear inside sometimes. I will note that aesthetically it is rather plain. It's not ugly but it lacks any showy design. It is a simple windchime with gorgeous sound and I would recommend it if you want your ears to be delighted. It would make a nice gift, particularly as a mourning gift to a person that's lost a love one. The sound would be a nice reminder that they are still there.

We love these windchimes. We live in a rural area with occasional high winds. We weren't sure if they would tangle, but even in 50 mph wind gusts, they hold up perfectly! We love listening to them throughout the day. They are my favorite 2021 Christmas present !

The search is over. Finally a high quality wind chime, with a large clanger and paddle to catch even the smallest breeze.
